It's so hard to find a really high quality affordable lefty bass. I also own a some others basses as well. And as of right now I'm putting together a custom bass of my own. I will explain. It's going to be a Gibson Thunderbird body style. With a Spector neck (Geez I wonder why? LOL) It will be a 35 inch scale neck so I can tune it down low. For pickups I'm using EMG Active pickups. A Spector Bridge. And it's going to be a 5 string. The set up is going to be done by a fine luthier who does custom work for Ovation / Hamer. He's in my family. (Thank god!)
